The Edwards Plateau is a region of west-central Texas which is bounded by the Balcones Fault to the south and east, the Llano Uplift and the Llano Estacado to the north, and the Pecos River and Chihuahuan Desert to the west. Q. hey im edward.. i need help in the fact that i am built for my age being 16 but i am sort of concerned as i train my abs a lot but it seems like i have come to a plateau were no build up seems to happen. apart from that its seems like even if i eat somthing very small i become sort of bloated.. how can i resolve this prob?? Cause your supposed to eat 3 meals a day and 2 snacks to keep your body fueled, Someone like you that is exercising is using up a lot of energy, That's where you get your energy from is eating. So Make sure that you are eating right, Also if you eat a lot of protein about 80g a day it helps you to build up your muscles, Not only that but change of your routine instead of doing the samething everyday try something new, After you do the same exercises everyday for a while your body gets used to it so you have to harder or change it up, Remember these steps and i promise you will see results!
