Q. how to find a release date on a sinton texas innmate? Asked by fruitflyi95 - Tue Feb 28 05:59:26 2006 - - 2 Answers - 0 Comments A. If the correctional facility where the inmate is being housed has a website featuring information about it's population, there is a good chance you could find out a release date that way. You might also contact the actual facility to ask the warden or someone in the higher penal administrative offices as well as the board of pardons and paroles for that particular area about a release date for a specific individual. This information is public record, as well as information relating to the facts of the crime, and sentencing information. I hope this helps you. Q. In San Patricio County Jail, Sinton Texas; The kid has not talked to a real lawyer nor a court appointed attorney. He has been there since Feb. 27 , 2008. Now some other inmates; older of course told him to sign a pled of guilty and for sure he would be released and just given 3 yrs probation. I don't believe this but I have not been able to talk to him. Asked by veravera - Tue May 20 15:25:57 2008 - - 1 Answers - 0 Comments A. First the kid needs to talk to an attorney. He should stand his ground. Has he been charged yet? Has he been read his rights yet? If he was not read his rights how much did he say? If so, how much did he say. The court is SUPPOSE to appoint him an attorney if he cannot afford one. This is a tough one. Please come to my group below and ask the other members as they are much more versed in the law than I am and they can help you better.
