You still ovulate, you are definately interested in sex and may enjoy it more knowing you can't become pregnant. It's permanent - so if there is any doubt that you may want another child, don't do it. Otherwise, it's been awesome for me. The Rockefeller Institute was actually providing funding up until 1935 for Eugenics research in Germany. The US participated in Eugenics with the state of CA carrying out the most forced sterilizations. The problem with a program like this is - How do you determine who should be sterilized? Will there be an income requirement? That's all well and good if you make enough money, but what if you lose your job?
